Growing up in Wilmington De I must say that this location has gone downhill. They changed the vendor for their rolls, which isn’t horrible, but recently got an Italian sub which had so little meat, we had to look to make sure there was meat. It is a shame that the quality has strayed so far from the original Capriotti locations. It seems like they just don’t take pride in their sandwiches anymore. Will have to find an alternative. So sad.

We hadn’t ordered from Capriottis in quite a while and were looking forward to having a great sub. Boy were we dissapointed. Their new rolls are terrible compared to what they use to be. We had took check twice to see if there was any meat on the Capastrami and there wasn’t much more cole slaw. The Wagyu cheese steak had as little flavor as it did meat. From reading the reviews I gather that the Jennersvile store is under new management. Well that didn’t work out very well if this is the result. You should try new management again but doubt I will try a sandwich from this store anytime soon.

I don’t know about behind the counter, but the public area was absolutely filthy. It’s been a very long time since that place has been cleaned. I wouldn’t have gotten food there had I seen this beforehand. Honestly, I probably shouldn’t have eaten it. I should have left when I got there and they couldn’t find my order because it was given to someone else. I’m not great with sticking up for myself. I’m certainly never going there again.

Capriottis has the best Turkey subs. The tomatoes are fresh from a garden and so juicy. Their staff is efficient and friendly and the store is super clean. This is the only place I’ll come for a sun.

Called in, ordered a cheesesteak. Was given a chicken cheesesteak (pictured). Called back, was told I ordered a chicken cheesesteak. I didn’t. Offered to make me the right thing but whoever was taking the order, was unable to keep it straight. Even on the second order, when reading it back got it wrong. Lost my appetite

Another reliable and delicious meal from our local Capriotti’s! Turkey/Italian was incredible as always. We tried the cheesesteak instead of our usual tuna and were rewarded for taking a chance. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered 3 cheesesteaks and 2 out of three were burnt to a crisp. Tried to call them about it but kept getting a busy signal. Drove down the store just before closing and the door was locked. They try to ignore my presence but I kept knocking on the window until they came to the door. Showed them the Cheesesteaks. They did not even argue but told me they could reimburse me since I used DoorDash to order them on line. By the way, I also saw a dog walking around the restaurant which I am pretty sure is a health code violation. I will never go back there again.
