This review is about my most recent expirience with this store and their rude manager. I shceduled a delivery as the app lets you only to have the incorrect order deliverd. I called and asked for the manager and the lady said ya, that’s me. So I continue to let her know our pizza arrived made incorrectly and was upset as I had scheduled this to arrive at the time my kids eat dinner. I was told I had 2 options, keep the incorrect pizza and receive a $5 discount, or they can remake it but they don’t know when they would be able to deliver it, might take another 45 minutes. I said as I received the incorrect pizza I would like what I ordered and compensation for the mistake. the so called manager didn’t even appoligize for the mistake and said well those are your only options. The only person that appologized was the driver when he brought the replacement COLD pizza. This is horrible customer service.

The delivery driver was extremely rude! I couldn’t believe the attitude he had and how he spoke to my husband when he noticed we were 58 cents short, my husband run back home to get the cents and he gave it to the driver then the driver proceeded to talk all kinds of stupid things to my husband! Horrible person!

I’m sorry, but it’s just getting too expensive for regular pizza. I got the stuffed crust pepperoni, the stuffed crust. Yeah, it looked like cheese but had no taste to it at all. No complaints on the employees. Their fair and square. The product and price just aren’t worth it

My pizza was done on time. The ingredients were fresh. The pizza was hot and ready to eat. I got pan crust it was soft just how I like it. It took less than 2 minutes to have someone come out with my pizzas for curbside pickup. Overall, everything was great.

I won’t be visiting this particular location again. There seemed to be some miscommunication and I ended up paying $18 for bad pizza even though i was told $15. There was literally no sauce on the pizza and barely any pepperoni. The wings were ok even though I was never asked if I wanted bone in or out. I’ll visit another location next time.

Today was my child’s birthday, 12/10/22. I placed a order at this location, And I a confirmation that my food was delivered, However I did not receive my food, nor did I receive a phone call or confirmation that my foot was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery driver name Robert did not even bother to inform me that my order was delivered to the wrong address. It is very unprofessional, And you have lost me as a customer. Ordered through doordash paid $54 just to get a large pepperoni pizza that said extra pepperoni with little pepperoni paid $21 for that then personals missing ingredients and asked for them to toss my wings in a good amount of buffalo sauce and nothing!
