Been there several times with other people since Covid. Always one thing or another is bad! Service is terrible but servers seem to be trying. They just do not get it done. This franchise on the outer road of hwy 70 needs some better management. Food is tasty. Proportion size sometimes questionable. Oh, well. The franchise seems to be struggling to stay afloat. Amazing bbq. The burnt ends were cooked to perfection. I love the different choices of bbq sauces. I took my family out to eat here for dinner and everyone was happy! We also had incredible service from our waitress. We felt like we were at home. Such nice folks work here, that we will be back again! Highly recommended Bbq. You will not be disappointed!

We went here Monday night 12/12/2022, ordered to go, and my wife and I ordered 89$ in food, and tipped 25$, so expected no issues, we get home and we are missing 3 sides, 1 of out meats and when we received our food we had to remind the server (that was just tipped 25$) about out gallon of tea and bottle of soda. Needless to say we were very disappointed!! We had an issue with the same restaurant around 6 or 8 months ago, so we hadn’t been here in a while, and when this happened we both kind of felt like we couldn’t even call to complain without our previous issue being brought up, this is normally one of my favorite barbecue places but I think we’re actually just done going here any location
