So, i read the reviews and had to try this location out myself since it is near my home. i NEVER had dunkin’s coffee before so i decided to give it a try. i was skeptical at first. i came when there was a deal going on if you make a purchase you get a free iced coffee or hot coffee. i ordered an iced french vanilla coffee with almond milk and cold foam. i took a sip and did NOTTTT disappoint!! i was in love with it. the sweetness was just perfect. it wasn’t bland or bitter. i was in the drive thru when i ordered. i also ordered the small mini donuts. i have not always been a fan of their donuts because it’s not entirely made fresh in their location, (of course) but it was great for their price. i enjoyed my brunch and am definitely coming back again! the staff were respectful and definitely took care of the service they provided. i was satisfied and can’t wait to come back here again!

Take in habit of repeating someone’s order before continuing to pay. Norberto has charged for things they hurd but never confirmed. Plus, tgr drink was 70% ice and the rest the coffee, it was ok. But don’t drive here again.

This is easily the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve been to. Visited 12/26 at 12pm. The interior was disgusting with old leftover food all over the floors and tables. It definitely had not been cleaned all day and as a result there was nowhere sanitary to sit. The employees had apparently locked the doors in hopes this would deter customers from entering. As a result other customers were forced to let others in. The lady working had no clue how to run any of the coffee machines and kept asking the drive thru employee for help. Half of our order was forgotten and it took me 15 extra min to grab her attention to ask for the rest. When I asked for a water at this point (I’d been standing for nearly 30 min at this point since no clean seats) I was surprised at the need to pay and then she commented at my attitude and said I should have been more effective at grabbing her attention. Never an apology or sign of sincerity. Terrible customer service, terrible indoor seating area, adequate food. Will never return.

Justin made my coffee correctly. The ne manager forgot her name.is so kind and tries to make this right. In order for people to work here u need to pay more. Be competitive. U need people to work give them money so they can work. And the coolatas are the bomb. Ne management. New better experience

Great customer service through the drive thru but they might need a new espresso machine or have the filter replaced because I always get espresso residue in my drinks which makes the drink taste bitter. Besides that, the lattés are really good.

Horrible customer service and very disrespectful manager. I went to order a simple blend drink i order every other day and manager made a big fuss on how she cannot make me the drink ?? Keep in mind it was super empty. on top of this the manager tried charging me $10 for a $4 drink just because she (cannot) make me this drink !!!???? save your time and go to a donut/ coffee shop where you receive what you order and dont get double charged for a simple drink.

Waited a very long time in line. I ordered coffee and a breakfast sandwich. My coffee was very bitter although I specified a specific amount of cream and substitute sugar. I have attached a photo of my “hot” sandwich that was actually cold. They just stuck the cheese in and didn’t warm it up as you can see in the picture. I gave two stars because maybe they were under so much pressure due to the long line but as a consumer who is waiting in the long line, I still expect quality.

Ordered a sour dough sandwich, asked for sausage instead of bacon, of course when I got home there was bacon. The sour dough bread was hard as a brick. Who would sell someone this?? Also ordered hash browns and they were half done. Place wasn’t even busy!! Definitely won’t be back.
