Wow! This place is awesome. The atmosphere is great, the view is great, and the food is outstanding. Brooke took great care of us. Bay St Louis is our second home and this was our first trip to Triple Tails. We will definitely be back…. As a matter of fact I think this is our new go to!

What a horrible experience! The food is so costly and the waitress is so indifferent (the other one in the bar is nice). It took too long to get the food and we have to go to the bar to request the beer and we have to find the forks and spoons ourselves. No wonder the two restaurants next door are so crowded but not this one. This photo is the shrimp basket menu costing $16 and it’s not worth the value.

It’s truly disheartening that the food was exorbitantly priced. We ordered fried mushrooms and onion rings, as seen in the photo, and it’s hard to believe they charged us $8 each for such a meager serving of mushrooms and onions. Furthermore, the $8 salad we ordered was lacking the croutons that were advertised on the menu. To make matters worse, the fried mushrooms were mixed with fries and fried pickles. The entrée was equally disappointing, costing $16 for a mere 16 tiny shrimp and a handful of small potatoes. To top it all off, we had to wait for 30 minutes for this subpar fare, while the waitress completely disregarded us, preferring to linger at the bar instead. They didn’t even provide us with tableware until we specifically requested it. Although the setting is visually appealing, I won’t be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Service was good. Pretty much everything was seasoned well. The scenory was nice. I would like for them to have top shelf options. We had other items that aren’t pictured. Chicken nachos, crab balls, fried pickles, and steak dinner special.

First time in Bay St.Louis area. Got ONE order of Steamed king shrimp for my husband and I share. 30 minutes after we ordered the waitress said they take a while to make. ONE HOUR later, after we asked about our food again she went to grab and says “I told y’all it takes a while to make.” The food was over cooked, missing the bread it comes with, and definitely not one pound. We asked her about the bread and she said went back to the kitchen and told us they were out of garlic bread so they handed us regular warmed bread instead. Wish she would’ve told us it took an hour to make when we ordered it, we would’ve happily gone somewhere else.

The speakers were so loud that they blew out one of my eardrums. Literally, not figuratively. I must’ve walked too close to the speakers for five seconds, as I tried to make my exit because the music was painfully loud.

They were out of almost everything. Very rude about being out of fish. Said they have steak and chicken left. Then said they couldn’t make a Philly cheese steak. Once we finally got our food we didn’t have a chicken basket. $118 for bad service and the wrong food. 1st and last time for us! Worst service in BSL!

The food is so good, delicious. They are not expensive. Only problem we had is that we waited over 45min for food. I don’t know if they had any issues in kitchen or what, I know they weren’t busy but we waited to long. It’s beautiful experience especially outside on balcony. It was beautiful weather and view

I understand it is Memorial Day weekend, and places are busy. I absolutely expected a wait, but we arrived at the restaurant and were immediately seated and even had an outside table. The view was fantastic! Our waitress was taking the couple beside us their drink orders and took the food order at the same time. She walked away, not asking at least what our drink orders were. We waited, and she brought their drinks back about 10 minutes later. 1 beer and a bottle of soda… she looked at us and said, “Has anyone waited on you?” No, you are our waitress.. right. well, we gave her our drink orders, and since we were there waiting, we said we were ready to give her our food orders as well. This was 1:30 pm… We waited 25 minutes for our drinks, after my husband walked to the bar and asked if we could get our drinks. We had ordered an appetizer, which still had not come out. We waited another 15 minutes and finally got the crab balls. Which tasted very good and was hot!!! We ordered two more beers at that time, knowing it may be a while before getting those. The couple beside us still had not got there entree and all they orderd was a salad and chicken fingers. At 2:50, we finally ALL got our entrees. Our waitress was noowhere in sight. A young boy delivered all of the food. My fish tacos were slightly warm, and my husband’s shrimp poboy and fries were”ok.” As we left, we looked around, and there were very few people inside. I don’t understand the delay. We won’t be back.

We walked in and the table next to us was complaining about how long to get a hamburger. I ordered fried ribs and nachos and both arrived before i could finish my bushwacker so i am not sure what ruffled Karens feathers as food was quick and well cooked. Bar tender on second floor is a pro. She really is great. 2nd time i have been there and the above is consistent. Both times i got a seat looking out at the marina.
