Jumbo shrimp, authentic andouille sausage, sweet fresh corn, buttery red bliss potatoes and sweet Vidalia onion are all layered, expertly seasoned, and cooked together via our signature boil/steam process. Served with our very own cocktail sauce, lemon and seasoning you can make it an epic seafood feast by adding Alaskan snow crab clusters, lobster tails, jumbo sea scallops, clams and mussels!

We had a great experience from Outer Banks Boil Company in Avon! Everything was super fresh and delicious. They supply the proteins you pick, corn, sausage and potatoes – as well as the spices and the pot to cook it in! The instructions were super easy, they make available for very reasonable costs the extras you might need like butter, cocktail sauce, crab crackers, tablecloths etc. They were even kind enough to accommodate special instructions for allergies/spices and called to confirm the order. This is a new tradition for us and one we’ll continue the next time we come back, it was so easy and cost effective vs going out based on the quality of seafood we received (crab, lobster tail, mussels, scallops and shrimp).

Food was the best and instructions were spot on. We grabbed our pots to go and steamed em ourselves. Came out amazing and cooked perfect. Seasoning was lights out awesome. Outer Banks Boil Company recently catered a dinner for our party of 12 at a vacation rental and it was amazing! Right from the start, their communication was outstanding. If you want a new tradition added to your OBX vacation this is where you would find it, at Outer Banks Boil in Hatteras. We had never had a boil before . We ordered the basic boil and added on clams and crab legs. You can design your own menu. The food was great and tasted amazing! So fresh and delicious. The spice blend was top notch!! Chris was excellent. He came to our house cooked, served and cleaned up. Boil Boys enjoyed talking to Chris as he cooked . He also shared stories about OBX with the whole family. We ask Chris to give our little ones a Blackbeard treasure map we made ahead. This extended our Boil adventure to the next day when they found buried treasure on the beach . Already looking forward to next year booking our boil!!

Called to inquire and got Chris. Awesome guy. First time trying and we got it to go and cooked it at home. Evidently they will come and cook for you for 10 or more people but unfortunately since it was so last minute all they could accommodate was a to-go order. They provided everything we needed to steam it at home. Directions were spot on and seafood was very fresh. If you’re in that salvo area we’re down in Hatteras or anyplace else that’s even remotely close you definitely want to try this place.
