Counter help very rude. I asked for bread. Response was short. “We ain’t got no bread” I would recommend hiring people that care about their job and our more friendly. Not just fill a spot. Had the steak and blue cheese salad. Barely any steak. The webster location is much better. But the Greece one not so much.

Fun place to have a really good lunch. The Korean BBQ bowl was really tasty I felt good about what I was eating. It had a nice variety without being too heavy or feeling like I had eaten too many carbs. Staff was really friendly and it was very clean and inviting. We ate inside but there were a bunch of tables out front that looked nice, especially since they were in the shade.

I eat here frequently and have noticed in the last 2 months or so that the food quality has gone down hill. The meat is a mixture of over cooked and under cooked. Noodles are hard and salad is not very fresh. This is my go to spot for healthy food. I really like this place. I hope it makes a turn around

A very pleasant surprise. I went back again the same week to try a different bowl. Both were excellent, great flavor combinations with a variety of textures. They even looked good. This is a new preferred place to eat for me.

The service is subpar at this location and the quality has dropped recently as well in my opinon. (Wilted lettuce, soggy veggies, incorrect orders,etc)

I don’t think 1 star was even worth putting down. I have been a long time customer for years. I cut back on going because the service was getting worst, but today’s was definitely the icing on the cake. The 2 girls starting the salad were not friendly at all. They cared more about chatting with each other than working. Will not be returning to that location until there is a change in staff.

I came in with my family and the service was horrible. There were three employees and they all had an attitude. When I couldn’t understand the worker she would give me a dirty look and they all did the same to the rest of my family. It was our first time so we didn’t really understand how the bowls work and instead of explaining it better they would ask rudely what we wanted. The food it’s great and all but the service it’s terrible.

Recently went to the Greece location, the restraunt was really dirty and we were there close to 11 am, salads were old and overall tasteless. I wouldn’t give them a second chance, 40 bucks for two salad bowls and 2 drinks, tossed it and went to another restraunt.

The food is delicious, but the customer service is lousy. This is my third visit and the employees treat you very badly. I asked for a beef to-go, they gave me a vegetable one. I felt very annoyed. There is never a smile and they serve the food as if they were giving it away… they have to improve or they will run out of customers

I got the Southwest grilled chicken and purple rice grain bowl. It was very good! Only let down was it was more of a salad than a grain bowl; there was only one scoop of rice. I wish I had gone with a different dressing as well because the one that was suggested was very lime and cilantro based. Overall the food and experience was good.
