I could arguably say that this was the best pizza hut in odessa when it first opened, but now I hate ordering from there. I never order the cheesy bread anymore because it’s literally breadsticks with a sprinkle of cheese. I one time called and told the staff because that was the 3rd time it happened, so I was upset. They told me they would replace it but that I had to go pick it up. That was a big no for my husband because it was their mistake, so they agreed to re-deliver. They brought the replacement, and it was worse than the first order AND BURNT!

Once again I tried to order boneless wings but I don’t know where you buy product but several times I get boneless crumbs even after I asked .The size . Chicken nuggets from MC D are bigger no joke . This place is a hit and miss. You never know what quality of service or food you will get anytime you go. I’ve had overcooked, undercooked, cold, under-topped, long waits, nice and mean employees. We only use this restaurant because it’s out here in this housing area and there not much else.

Pizza Hut in Odessa on 87th street was the best pizza place I have ever ordered from…. the staff, the food…..the over all experience was above and beyond……..Go see them…worth it!!!!! I read the owners response and I am grateful they responded…..i then read some of the other reviews….. Its a fact that people make mistakes, and accidents happen…. but the QUALITY of Pizza Huts Food was amazing… and the staff were equally amazing…. don’t let the mistakes take away from a great place to eat… I don’t usually eat out, but when I do…I am sold on Pizza Hut on 87th street…. if you go tell them CROW sent you….lol.

I had accumulated enough points to get a free pizza. I usually get great pizza. I guess when you earn a free pizza you shouldn’t expect a great pizza. I picked it up 15 minutes after I ordered it and it was already cold and looked like it was a leftover pizza from the night before. Very disappointed.
