While let me say, if you work and get off after 8:30pm. Panda Express isn’t the place to get take out from. They close their kitchen 30 minutes early. And don’t serve the full menu. Find. you a place to go to, that cares for people who work late. Me being a medical professional this hurts. You would think they would find ways to serve everyone no matter the time.

Ordered a family meal like we have many times before! This time the broccoli beef was TERRIBLE! The color on the broccoli and the taste was off and the portion was RIDICULOUS! We have ordered this so many times and never had any issues, when we attempted to call the store we spoke to McKinley, who said she was the manger, ironically enough also the person who packaged our order, but claimed it was someone else “using her number” so she “could take a break”. She refused at first to provide her name. She was rude, told us we didn’t know what we were talking about. Then all she could say “was I wasn’t here, I don’t know what happen” I can give you a replacement for 1/2 off. She refused to give us any other manager name, refused to give us a number for cooperate! We I’ll have to locate it ourselves!

I went through the drive thru at 9:10pm on 5-15-23 and my was order was incorrect. Upon calling back at 9:21pm. I was met with excuses about what was said to me in regards to the order being incorrect from a female employee. No apologies for the inconvenience just finger pointing. To say I was offended would be a complete understatement. Never have I been to any restaurant and was accused for an error made by the restaurant for an incorrect order. When I requested for my order to be corrected I was told “We close at 9:30 if you’re not here come back to tomorrow or another day” by that female employee. The General Manager Juan was polite however. It’s unfortunate he has a team member that isn’t accountable or provides quality customer service.

Ordered with the mobile app. Had it scheduled to be ready at 6:00 p.m. . When I arrived at 6:00 on the dot I walked in and was greeted by everyonethere. Gave them my name, she turned around grab the order and handed it to me. Everything about the place, the customers, the food, the friendly atmosphere, everything was perfect.

Just finished their two entree plate with fried rice, I got it to go, but I couldn’t wait to dig in. I planned on only eating part of my double order of teriyaki chicken and fried rice, but it was too good and I couldn’t stop shoveling it in. Fresh and oh so tasty!

This Panda Express location is the absolute worst! They give you small portions, it’s never fresh, and the brown rice is definitely not prepared correctly. Don’t waste your time at this location at all!

Stingy, inconsistent, and downright frustrating. It is obvious this location ONLY cares about keeping their food and not customers. It is sad we came here pretty often, but since it is completely obvious they don’t care about customers and keeping customers coming back I will take my money else where. They sometimes don’t give sauce, out of food at dinner rush, sauce is water or jelly depending the day, full or barely any. Just tonight they made it clear it was “portioned out” which is funny that they are not even close to being full or the same amount. I also included the jelly sauce which is disturbing like… well I will let you figure that out.
