Although it gets VERY crowded here, so wait times can get unbelievably long. Also, recently, there have been a number of parking spots blocked off, who’s is slightly frustrating. But the food quality and service has never wavered. They are so nice, attentive & down-to-earth, I can’t help but to come back. Their bathrooms are pretty well maintained as well.

Me, my husband and my daughter went to this location for Mother’s Day and all I have to say is despite of the madhouse the place was, our hostess Kim was not only accommodating and fast, she was the BEST! Very personable and had us laughing the whole time while still staying professional. We will be back and had not one complaint about the service we received. Kim truly made my Mother’s day memorable.

My fiance came here for the first time tonight. We got the crazy good crab dip, and it definitely lives up to its name. We also got the scewered shrimp and the southern studded shrimp. Both were cooked to perfection. On top of the amazing food our server Jessy was extremely nice. Being a server in the service industry I try not to be, but a very picky person when it comes to my food and to my service. Everything was great from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

The decor and service needs to improve. Our food order was serviced to us in parts & certain items forgot about completely. Also the booth seat was busted and ripped with a hole.We were told the seats were on order. The restuatant was nearly empty, they should have seated us somewhere else.

Fries were way too salty and had black ends on some, batter on shrimp was way too salty, clam chowder was luke warm, smoothie was cheap and sugary, price was way too much for shrimp baskets. Coffee and coleslaw was good though. Waitress was attentive. Menu said shrimp and lots of it but didn’t look like lots of shrimp when food came, and fish was small portions. Fish had black spots on both pieces. For our first experience it wasn’t that great, especially the high price for simple dishes and we left a walking cane there and they didn’t come running out after us to let us know we forgot it. So they were slow to realize our mistake and help us out. We had to buy a new cane because we were way on the other side of town before we realized it.

This place was Aweful with a capital “A”!! We should have known it was going to be that bad because there were no customers in the main dining room and it was a peek dinner hour. I got the Lobster dinner and the lobster was basically empty. All the other items were terrible and tasted the same. I can see why the wait staff is paid an hourly wage instead of tips (no tipping establishment) because they would be broke if they had to depend on the tips. By far the worst meal I have had in a long time.

Food was 3.5 stars, service was 1.5 stars. Wife had Crab legs and LOVE them, I had the ribs and had to get something else. Very dry and overcooked. Ribs shouldn’t be microwaved! Cheeseburger was decent. Nothing I couldn’t make at home. Management was accommodating and comped my ribs.

Reading the other reviews, I think we went to a different place. The restaurant is clean, we were greated within a minute of entering the building. Services was good. I’m a picky ass and he took care of my wants. Manager was nice. Only reason I’m giving a 4 star was because my sides were cold (ordered the rare ribeye bf got the Alaskan pot). Joe our servery took care of it right away. Definitely coming back from livonia.

Outside is a little dark. We were unsure about this place by how it looked! Glad we decided to go in. Food was great. Only issue we had was that our server seemed to be the only one working about 10 tables. We had to wait for our drinks and refills longer than I would have liked but other than that great fun with the fam!
