Wallburg Diner wins hometown diner award. Best food. Great prices. Excellent service. I loved their Baja shrimp tacos. Their menu has all the diner food staples. Then they have a modern creative menu on their blackboard loaded with zesty options.

Okay, I wouldn’t usually leave a bad review for a place I eat at regularly, but this is just sad and it’s not the first time. My sister and I slit the reuben sandwich today and her side was beautiful with melted swiss and plenty of corn beef, but my side was pathetic and mostly bread. I don’t know how two sides of the same sandwich can look so different. I was looking forward to the sandwich and trying to split to make my sister happy and needless to say this was a huge disappointment.

My impossible burger was pretty good. Fairly impossible to mess those up but my buddy said his meat burger was great. The onion rings were pretty good and so were the tater tots(albeit not house made, just prepared frozen). The fries however were barely edible which blew my mind considering how much everything was. I doubt I’ll be going back due to the lack of good potatoe option. Just okay for me overall.

Was on my way to visit my sister who lives in the area, stopped in for lunch to go. Great selection, friendly service and fast. My only complaint was I got chicken livers and they were cold and dried out. From the diner to my sisters house was only about 7 minutes, would have expected them to still be hot. I will stop back by, everyone has a bad day even me.
