Ordered the $39.99 special. Of course with Delivery fee and Tip it’s $70. Pizza was supposed to be delivered by 630. 645 ( Hour after ordering) and I call. Lady answers and says it should be with the next driver in about 20 more minutes. I tell her I want to cancel since $70 for a hour and a half wait for a pizza seems a bit ridiculous and she responds ” Whatever” and hangs up.

Just no cheese and barely warm. Warm isn’t a big issue because it it’s winter and I know the drivers have to make multiple stops, but I do expect cheese. Barely mediocre. I don’t submit many reviews so I don’t know how to attach a pic or if you can even do that but I would say 3/8 pieces are what I consider pizza – meaning they have cheese. I wouldn’t order from this location if I were you. I doubt I will again.

I should’ve read the reviews here before ordering. The pepperoni and mushroom pizza barely had any and it was the most bland and tasteless pizza I’ve ever had. I also ordered a veggie pizza which wasn’t baked fully and was sticking to the bottom of the box and hard to get off. This will be my first and last time ordering from this place.

I placed an order at 7:21 pm after a little more than and hour and a half later my tracking showed my food was still in the “making” phase. So I called the store at 8:54 pm to be told it doesnt show received in their system until 9:30 pm unsure how thats possible when thats half an hour in the future. The man I speak to says he will expedite the order and get it out. After another 40 minutes at 9:39 pm my order finally gets delivered. But when I open the boxes this is what I see. Our food was thrown and all the toppings in the corner of the box nothing left on the dough but the sauce. This is 100% unacceptable to conduct business or treat customers in this manner. I am beyond upset with the service I received from papa johns tonight.

Easy ordering. Great selection and you can easily add extra like cheese and sauce. Upsize is available too. Delivery was on time as they stated at time of order. Food was good and hot when I opened it. The jalapeño poppers were great. I hadn’t heard of Papadias but ordered a sausage and a pepperoni. Really good! That garlic sauce is to die for, I could literally drink it. I’ll be ordering again soon.

The confirmation emails don’t give an address but provide a map… To their old location. When I mentioned this to the less than welcoming employee I get a monotone response of “I’m sorry”. I was the inconvenience to her day. How dare I share a problem with their business communication. I just drove through a parking lot and walked up to an empty store front…. Update your email to provide an address and provide the correct map. If you have an employee working the front register they need to have people skills… Look at someone when you speak to them and when you are listening, show an interest in what your customer is saying, welcome them to your restaurant, be more than a robot that puts pizza on a counter. I will opt for another place over here again.

I ordered my pizza from Postmates. Postmates had a descent review so I went for it. However I should have checked the google reviews. My pizza showed up deformed and some areas of the pizza were missing cheese. (Highlighted in blue) Ingredients were just slopped on some slices had pepperonis some didn’t. To whoever made my pizza, your lazy bro get another job. It’s not that hard to make. If you can’t even make a pizza your not going to make it.
