I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Beef and it was beyond salty and the macaroni tasted like straight black pepper. I’ve had L & L at other locations and it was wonderful, the food here however was nothing like the food at the other locations. Overall, I give this location 3 stars out of five.

Ordered many times for pickup but they struggle to get food out on time and there’s almost always a crowd waiting to pickup their food. Best to give them extra time before heading to pickup. With that said, love the low carb option, definitely one of our favs!

The reason I’m giving them a star is because I ordered online and my food wasn’t even ready when I arrived, the cashier had to submit a new ticket even though I had submitted my ordered and paid for it already. I had to wait like 20 min for my food to be ready, when I got home I checked my food and the chicken was uncooked, it was hard, the steak was mostly nerves… what a waste of time and money. Never going back.

Cashier axel I believe that is his name horrible employee!! I treated my employees for LL n he didn’t say they were out of shrimp , I was one plate short for my employee we all had to give him out of our combos, I called back to speak to management n there was no one in charge when I asked how r u going to make this right he was rude with a I don’t care attitude, unacceptable!! This is a time to help n treat each other good the day after Xmas. What is sad that if this is his kind of everyday attitude with customers that r dropping this business 70 dollars once a week than we as a community should stop giving LL our hard earn money ! If they condone this behavior from their employees

Food is good but I was hoping for more. The spam musubi had the thinnest slice of spam. The cashier had no personality and made us feel like we were invading his time. The shop definitely needs some TLC. Looks rundown. But the food was good so that’s the only reason I gave it a 4.
