I have almost always had a good experience with Pizza hut. I have always received what I had ordered, even if what I ordered was ended up being gross, I still got exactly what I ordered ( no more Buffalo chicken and onion pizzas for me!).

Let’s take a trip down memory lane back when Pizza Hut was the bomb! The cheese was plentiful, stretchy & hot! The thin and crispy was actually “thin & crispy” The pan pizza was soft and had just the right amount of crisp when it browned on the bottom. Toppings were plentiful & specialty pizzas were actually special! Remember ordering a pizza and when it arrived it was love at first bite??? This has been like a bad breakup… I’ve lost that lovin feeling. The pizza is a bland chewy cardboard mess and if you’re lucky it’s lukewarm. You try to rekindle the old feelings but it’s just not there. I’m breaking up with you Pizza Hut! Please stop texting me how special you are… it’s a lie & you know it!

I understand trying to keep costs down, but when I order a medium and it’s topped like a small that’s a bit much. When I order a pizza I don’t want a loaf of bread surrounding it.

Ordered a large supreme no beef, sausage on half and banana peppers on whole pizza. Got a lg half supreme, half sausage with soggy crust. Call and they resent the pizza. Got a supreme with banana peppers. Still not right but we could deal with that. The lady I talked to did take the order right the second time, kitchen seems to have trouble understanding the orders. On the plus side they did give us a 20 credit for next time and the cheesy garlic bread is absolutely perfect.

We ordered an extra large Big New Yorker with pepperoni and mushrooms. Extremely disappointed in the amount of toppings. There were about 3 pepperoni and about 4 small pieces of mushroom per slice. The pizza didn’t exactly knock my socks off either. Not even close to a NY style pie. Crust was somewhat soggy. Doubt we will try this again.

I’ve ordered here a few times. The pizza is good the staff is polite. I was disappointed with a recent salad I ordered. It consisted of large white and yellow chucks of iceberg. No green in sight.
