Food and service were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, it smelled like wet dog the entire time we were seated and eating. Not sure where the smell came from, but it was very unpleasant. Despite the smell, I would highly recommend giving them a this was likely a temporary issue.

Met up with a friend here for the first and wasn’t too excited about the menu at first. First Watch does offer food on the more healthier side so if you’re used to the traditional “southern breakfast” not sure this is the place for you. Anyway, my friend ordered the regular French toast which she stated was great. I ordered half sandwich half salad combo and I must say I was impressed. I did order their coffee which I’m opinion is too strong and bitter, even after adding creamer and sugar. I asked for a Coke instead. The place is small and very busy. I didn’t get the feel of it being a restaurant where you can sit and catch up with friends. B/c of the limited space and how busy they were, our waitress overly visited our table to, not to refill our drinks that were clearly in need of refilling, but to see if we needed to go boxes or to go drinks. Lol. We were there for a short period of time and still eating. As a former server myself, I know when customers are being rushed. Just a heads up, the menu is el la carte so there’s no side offered with the pancakes, French toast, etc. Overall it was a great experience, but with so many other slightly better restaurants around that offer a similar menu, I’ll stick to those! I, however, will recommend it as the food wasn’t bad at all.

Used to live nearby and ate here frequently. Have been away two years and stopped in again. The same good and bad features remain. We had to wait about ten minutes for service. The food was good, but there has always been an issue with their salad, in that they often, in my experience, have rotten lettuce leaves mixed in, which can be a real appetite killer. We once pointed this out to the owner personally, shortly after this location opened. The problem remains.

Great flavor, quality product, friendly staff, Organic and fresh. A little pricey but my son and I are serious eaters, well worth the cost. Only thing I had to do was teach the staff what First Watch stood for. Enjoyable breakfast!
