Food quality is worse and not edible! I and my wife ordered chicken birany. They never ask the spicy level. The birany was super hot, lot of rice ( do not need, too much), only two piece of meat! The price is $13 which is literally waste of money as the food was not edible! The AC does not work, heat flow is going from the kitchen. Overall, horrible condition of the food and environment! Asking proper authority to visit this restaurant frequently to ensure that they are serving quality food, otherwise, the students of UT Arlington who are the main customers of this restaurant will suffer spicy related medical issues. I taste 7 items. I hated it. The customer service was blahhh. They give paper plate and paper spoon and they always are busy. The place name is spicy bites and food taste like blunt. Even tea doesn’t taste sweet and paanipuri paani is just minty water without spice. My god I’m never going there. Sorry, not sorry. My honest review is this. Hope this gets better next time.

Delicious perfect food!!! The malai kofta is great and spicy! It has a lot of flavor. The koftas are nice and long. The gobi manchurian is so yummy! It’s perfect. The flavor is so good.

I purchased the boneless chicken biryani and it was delicious . In fact, I’d consider it among the best I’ve ever had. However, for the price of $14, the amount of chicken in the dish felt inadequate, making it seem overpriced for mostly rice. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant’s dining area was very bad, which discourages me from dining in.

On August 9th, in the evening, everything i ordered arrived quick, the service is okay, except I was waiting for the chicken 65. When I went at the desk to ask her, she said I didn’t place the order when I clearly said “1 chicken 65” thrice. I was disappointed but it was okay because she misunderstood me with talking to my friends. I had to order again take it for to go because I had to be somewhere. I have been to many restaurants, and have seen them all confirming the order by repeating all the items again which this restaurant never does . The restaurant needs professional and welcoming staff. The only reason I eat here is because it’s close to my home and the food tastes good.

I don’t know why the ratings are so low. I went here and the service was fast, wait staff were kind, food was amazing, prices were reasonable. I plan on going back later today to try out some different dishes. Definitely 10/10 place to get Indian food.
