We ordered three large pizza’s last night and they were awlful. Not only were the toppings sparce (1-2 pcs of topping) per slice, all three were overcooked. We had a lot of left-over pizza and threw it out. No way we were going to eat more if. Very disappointing.

Great customer service. The delivery driver accidentally dropped off the wrong pizza, but the associate who answered when we called was super friendly and apologetic. She offered to either refund the order or to send the correct pizza, which arrived super quickly and piping hot. Mistakes happen. What’s Important is how the company handles them when they do!

It’s been over an hour! I called for status of my delivery and she had my order as a pick up!! Omg! While ordering she asked about a tip .. I said $5 and how fast is your deliverer.? I asked for it to be delivered asap and she just wanted to argue about I said pick up! I don’t go out in this cold for nada so I know I said … Delivery! They offered no apology .. no compensation .. no freebie .. no here’s a coke in us .. nada!
