Soooooo the first person I spoke to on the phone was very nice. He took my order confirmed my name and even offered a suggestion for a substitute of Alfredo on my Siano’s Special Personal pizza (chicken, broccoli, mozzarella and garlic). I chose to stick with the original because I read a review that said the Alfredo was bland. I called back 20m after ordering because I forgot to ask how long of a wait and the 2nd person not so friendly. I asked how long and he said 20m, I was trying to confirm if that was 20 more minutes or 20 from the time of the order. He said from order time so I asked if mines was ready. His response was “probably”. I asked if he could check and he seemed hesitant like it was a difficult task. He said sure but he’d have to put me on hold and I said that was fine . The pizza for me was good, crust was fluffy but crispy and it wasn’t a bunch of grease from the cheese…but I was not impressed but the chopped frozen broccoli or the breaded chopped chicken….this dish would be 100x better if they used fresh grilled chicken and fresh broccoli I will have to stick to MJs Chicken Pollo Pizza but I would be down to try a different pizza!

This is the first time in three years I had a Philly steak and cheese with Cajun fries from Sianos! I lived in springfield during COVID and Sianos is always tasty, even to this day! I highly recommend this Western New England gem! 5 stars to the food, and friendly staff!

Been going here since i was a senior in high-school *2008*!! Absolutely to die for pizza, salads are huge and include lots of toppings, but the chicken parm is out of this world!! Their rolls are amazing in ranch dressing and some ziti! Keep up the great work!

I ordered a large pizza and they gave me a party size charged me $5 extra. Second time theyve done that. That wont happen again. Oh and the pizza wasnt great gave me stomach problems…
