Ok, so the short story is that this location was fine before the manager got involved! I don’t know her name but I know her face. The service is a plate of piecemeal garbage. The order that was made was wrong and they told me they couldn’t replace it!? Are you serious? Listen, when I put a review up…YOU KNOW IT’S SERIOUS! Then on top of that the CHILDREN HAD THE NERVE TO MOCK ME BEFORE THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE IN THE PRESENCE OF THEIR MANAGER!!! Really Manager lady, really?! So check this out: ANYONE THAT CARES TO READ THIS – TRUST ME; GO TO THE WNB ON HAMILTON! Those are my people and the service is A1!

This location is new. I ordered the impossible burger meal and it was actually made very well. Bun was toasted to perfection. Great amount of toppings. The fries are a little too soft for me. Wished they cooked then in peanut oil instead of chicken grease. The drink machine works fine. I don’t understand when you pay for food now that you add TIP to payment. The job should pay more. Seems like I shouldn’t be tipping for fast food. These companies already charge extra for seasoning and sauces and then you want tips too?

First visit at the Dacula location, order was incorrect. But they quickly fixed it. Wings were great! My only complaint, is the front counter service. What I assume were friends of an employee, or possibly a coworker off duty… there were two “customers” hanging out at the counter, carrying on with the employee(s), all while they were munching down on food over the counter. It’s somewhat off putting. I would expect management to handle it. But maybe one wasn’t present? I usually visit the location at Hamilton Mill, never a problem there.

This place used to be pretty solid but has slid recently. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and got a chopped unseasoned burger on a hoagie roll. We order from there weekly but we’ll be giving it a break for a while. If you run out, 86 it, don’t cheat your customers by trying to get crafty.

Sign on the door stating 20 mins before close the grill is cut off and 10 mins before close the fryer is turn off. Ok I was there 8:35pm cool i made before everything is cut off. I came with another person they ordered and got there food but when i ordered they said the grill was cut off. I ask how can my friend order and get their food but i can’t ¯_(ツ)_/¯ (all their food was grill items.) My issue is not with the sign on the door i respect that but if was in the door respectfully before everything was cut off so i should be able to complete my order and get my food. The cashier was great didn’t have a problem with her but on a customer service level your business was WRONG! So what I’m getting from this is that if 5 people came in at 8:30pm but last person ordered was taken until 8:41pm that person can’t get their food. You need to use better discretion. I even had to wait for 20 minutes for the manager to come to get a refund. It was my second time ever coming to this establishment and will be my last time, even though i think their food was pretty good but because it really left a sour taste in my mouth i won’t patronize they business again unless this issue is addressed. Customer service come first and foremost.

First time ordering from this location and the service was friendly and quick! We ordered the 30 wings & fries (honey garlic-lemon pepper) and it did not disappoint. The wings were a nice size, cooked great and flavorful! Glad we have a closer location and will definitely be back!

I made a phone order and the wait was only 20 mins. I ordered one order of 8 wings, another order of 8 wings and a large fry, as well as 3 tenders. When I received my order there were fries with the 2 orders of wings, including the large fry I ordered. So we basically got two orders of fries for free. Luckily they didn’t mess up the order too bad. Chicken was good, tenders were fresh. Will come back to give them another try.

I wish I could leave no stars. Staff was friendly when I went but the food was horrible. The sad part is that they just opened. Save your money and go to American deli if you want food like this.
