Typical HOP. Had take out. Phone and pickup customer service was good. Baked pasta with meatballs and sausage was real good. Should have come with bread but no bread in the bag ♂️. Oh well, no worries on my end with all the carb loading from the pasta itself!

These guys always screw up the orders. Literally waited well over an hour to get a simple order. Kept going back to the car to wait. Unfortunately already paid online or I would have walked. I wish so bad they were good, since they are so close to me, but they just aren’t. It’s not because of the food either… just such bad service.

This place has declined since being sold. We call early with our order and it’s usually about an hour wait. Many times we don’t get what we order or they have somehow messed it up. Rude teenagers working as well. There seems to be no supervision. I like their pizza when done right.

Food has become poorly made, poorly cooker and I do not understand why the staff does not wear hair nets working in the kitchen. Very disappointed in some of the language and behaviors that the Staff have shown while we have been there picking up orders or there ordering. Company becoming too big and forgetting the little guys that helped make it grow. Prices are rather ridiculous for the portion sizes.

Unfortunately CHOP has declined since the ownership has changed. We have ordered take out a handful of times and each time our order is wrong or the wait time is much longer than we are told. Very disappointing!
