Ordered the 10 piece boneless and some fries. The food was great and everything was fresh. I have had carry out from here before, and those orders were great as well. Don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt the need after reading a bunch of the one-star reviews. Gotta say, a lot of them sound like entitlement of the highest order, and I feel bad for the employees. P.s. everywhere is charging for sauce nowadays. This is nothing new.

We have ordered carryout twice now. Tried multiple items from the menu. The traditional wings are good, the boneless wings are good as well. Large and meaty. The lemon pepper, honey bbq, and parm garlic are our favorites. The fries are good.

$96.00 for a wing deal meal. $106 after my tip. I asked for a couple sides of ranch and was told, they are .99 cents a piece…. I JUST SPENT OVER $100! You can’t give me a couple ranches? So I go to my car and I’m disgusted. Why did I just tip then $10 for literally nothing? It was a pick up order. So I went back in requesting a general manager or regional managers contact information. Kayla says here just call this number, the same number you call to reach the store. And then not a single box of wings is labeled, and they got my order wrong. I clicked 2 potato salads and was given a potato salad and a cole slaw. Then I call back and am told it’s my fault. Lmao yup it’s my fault spending $106 on a dinner for my son and I FOR WINGS!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Kayla do t tell me one second you’ll get in trouble for giving out .99 cent ranch sides, and then when I request a regional or general managers information, “oh I shouldn’t do this cause I can get in trouble but I can give you a couple ranches…” nope not gonna let you get in trouble after already insulting me. I wanted to reach i and take my $10 back out of the tip jar. NEVER AGAIN DWC! $106 freaking dollars for this??? Never ever again! Avoid this place like it has herpes!

I want to love this place but they messed everything up. When they first opened everything was incredible! Unfortunately they’ve been steadily making changes like their lowering their “happy hour” discounts on wings, shortening happy hour to 2-4pm instead of 2-5pm, and they got rid of my favorite sauce! I went to pickup my order and was told one of the items was out of stock. They asked if I wanted something else instead and happily made it for me quickly. I realized later in the day that they refunded my entire order because of the inconvenience. Great customer service and on top of that the food was great.

The Wings are enormous and the 3-5 pm happy Hour 25% off makes it worth it. Been doing the keto thing so just ordering plain and using the rub we have at home but some of the sauces I tasted to try were pretty good. We order online (you can place your order before 3 to have ready anywhere between 3 and 5 to still get the discount) and they’re always ready in 20 min. The to- go container though stinks, it completely disintegrates with the hot steamy wings, I hope they fix that, it’s actually pretty annoying.
