Casey’s should drop this place. They don’t have squeegees to wash your windshield, the receipt printers on the machines rarely work, sometimes they can’t print one inside either. Trash cans are usually full, and there’s normally a line at the checkout. I’ve gone back for the last time.

This location is poorly managed and under staffed. The poor workers (who were awesome) are run ragged and get no support from management. The pizza counter only had one person working for dinner rush and had nothing stocked for him when he came in. Management wasn’t even on site to do refunds for customers whose orders couldn’t be made. Avoid this location if you can.

One star is being generous! I agree this location is the worst location in the city…My pizza is usually ok, but always takes much longer than promised. My beverage order is NEVER right and it’s like they don’t think you should be given napkins with a curbside food order! I get home to find that the two bottles of Gold Peak UNSWEETENED Tea I ordered were wrong AGAIN! I was given a Sweet Tea and an EXTRA Sweet tea..both of which I can’t drink, as I’m Diabetic! I called the store only to be put on hold for 13 minutes before I hung up. I tried to call back several times only to have the phone give me a busy signal. My chiropractor is next door so sometimes I order food to pick up after my appointment. I give up, it’s just horrible. I won’t be ordering from this location again. I’ll go to Derby.

Absolutely terrible. The pumps wouldn’t print a receipt. I tried to get one from the clerk who was standing there on her phone. She said come back tomorrow and then refused to look up from her phone. The only reason I came to this location was to use the Upside app for the cash back. That was a big mistake apparently. It says they are open til 11 but it was 9:05 and the clerk had the door locked.

Only 2 people working, one other behind the counter eating. No one even acknowledged I was there until I asked if I could order some food, and the one eating yelled “I’m not on the clock” at me. I understand being short staffed, or just being busy, it was a little after 5 pm. But I do not understand rudeness from an employee towards a customer. I most likely will not return to that store.

I am continuously amazed at the lack of concern this location has for anything! Since you obviously don’t need the $$ this store could generate, close it down and let someone else have this prime corner. It’s not rocket science. Thank goodness, you would not stand a chance. I can feel my brain cells being sucked out everytime I’m stupid enough to go in there! At least you are consistent! You have the way NOT to be successful in business down to an art
