Probably one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The entire experience made no sense at all. My children and I stopped in for dinner while staying nearby figuring it would be a quick easy place to get a bite to eat. We ordered 2 kids meals and a broccoli cheese soup along with 3 fountain drinks. I was asked to fill out a card to get free chips and salsa so I did because I figured that would be a nice appetizer. This is the order our items came out in with large 5-10 minutes pauses between each item…. 1 soda, then 2 kids meals, then 2 more sodas. I then asked about my soup and was told the kitchen was backed up ( there were 3 tables filled in the whole place). My soup finally came and was so cold that the cheese on top didn’t even melt. We then got our chips at the very end. The quality of food was terrible, the service was a joke. I do not recommend at all. Please find somewhere else to eat.

Horrible Horrible HOR.RI.BLE! This is the worst Friday’s restaurant i ever been to! It was only 4 of us in total.. 3 adults and 1 child. The mozzarella sticks they served us did not have any cheese in it so we had to reorder new ones. 3 out of 4 people got they food; they told me they forgot to put my order in. I was sitting there for over an hour eating off my family food because they forgot about my meal. I was so embarrassed the way i was treated not only that my server she wasn’t very attentive to our table i had to keep asking another server to get our server or a manager. I was so annoyed because I’m a diabetic and I haven’t had a real meal all day and sitting at the table picking at my family members food was just inhumane to me. The manager finally delivers my food after an hour of waiting and said “I will give you half off”. When the check arrived my food was not discounted. I had to walk around the restaurant looking for my server or a manger to fix the issue! Honestly I will NEVER go back to this location!

Food Is very good. Portion of fries too small. There were times around the holidays where I waited 90 min for a call ahead order and times everything ready b4 I arrive. What I do not like is I am cautioned that after waiting there’s high risk of showing up to find they ran out of something many times a key ingredient.

Normally TGI Fridays are easy and friendly. This location is extremely poorly managed. The guy seating was eating a sandwich and had no overview. Asked for our name and headcount 6 times. Despite us having booked a table we waited 20 minutes to be seated in the restaurant with only a third capacity full. We waited 20 minutes for drinks and 45 minutes for food. 1 hour and ten minutes with no food. Several other guests left because their tables were not attended. I hope the chain will fix this, as it ruins the reputation 🙁

This location is just okay. The AC was working intermittently so eating in a humid hot room wasn’t the best. The staff seemed exhausted and hot and therefore did not give us their best service. Waiter forgot lots of our food. The ice cream for dessert was super melted. The food wasn’t great – it was just okay. Manager knew of all of these issues and not once did he apologize or offer to give us at least the dessert complementary.

On Friday July 28th I stop there with my son to have lunch. Can you believe that they brought my food to the table and they forgot my son’s food. I ate by myself while he was waiting for his meal that never came. When I ask to speak with the manager he apologized and said he was going to see what he was able to do, but never came back to the table. Terrible service. You seat at a restaurant to eat and have to go out with a take home bag because his food was never served. I will never visit that location, definitely not while that manager is managing that location. I think he care a bit about customer satisfaction. He was to lazy to walk to the table. Nowadays with all these competitions, service go a long way and he needs a lot of training.

For a chain restaurant, they do pretty good. The staff take pride in their work, the preparation AND presentation of the food. The app could use some work however. You aren’t presented with an actual ‘reciept’ per se’ so expense reports may take a little extra work, and once I added a dish to the cart, I couldn’t get back to the menu. Otherwise a great experience.

I would have given 3.5 if I could. What looked like it would be incredibly flavorful Was on the bland side. But it wasn’t bad. Staff was good. I would eat here again but just choose a different meal.
