Taco bell is closed over half the time. They close early and I waited 35 minutes the other day for 2 tacos. As for KFC there chicken was old and to top it off was cold. Very poor quality. The only thing nice about that place was the cashier kept in great spirits and stayed with a smile.

Location doesn’t show up on app so I can’t order online and I only eat online exclusives when I eat here. I go in store and wait in line for about 15 minutes (on my lunch break) to be told to go back in the app and try again, kicked out of line and obviously it still wasn’t in app. I walked back up to the lady and said it wasn’t there and she said well that’s all I can tell you and just went to the next person. Terrible service just go to the McDonald’s next door it’s way better.

Slowest Taco Bell in the area. Rude. They ignore customers in dining area in order to catch up with drive thru. Order is never right. They never put napkins in my bag. Longest wait. Surely it’s a training issue. Needs alot of work.

This place lacks leadership the drive thru wait is horrible. The evening crew always messes our order and the food gets cold by the time it is brought outside to us. The dining room has been closed since before the start of the pandemic. Only deliveries are allowed inside. Maybe re training the crew is helpful

Whole order was bad and had to be . Chalupas were cold even though I had to wait for the order, nachos bell grande and crunchy taco had beef that tasted like it was cooked in sewer water. Will never eat here again after today.

Don’t even bother wasting your time here. Drive through will tell you they can’t hear you when your screaming at the box. Two of them will take your order and then when your order is messed up they refuse to fix it and tell you “I took your order. You didn’t order that” when you clearly did and have 2 other people in the car to testify to that. This location needs a turn over and hire people that actually care to work management included cause they only cared to fix their mistakes when they heard me say I will call the store owner to my passengers. Corporate needs to take a look at their reviews and correct this because this behavior would not fly in my company.
