Chicken was fresh out the grease DELICIOUS! The service was horrible!!! The manager had her daughter there helping out and she had the attitude from HELL!!! She was very disrespectful! The manager did come with concern and made her daughter get from behind the counter. There were other unsatisfied guests there also. I hope it was because of a lack of workers that the place was as filthy as it was! I won’t be going back anytime soon as Church’s is my favorite fast food.

It was about 9:05pm when I pulled up to the drive through. I was first told it was going to be a 20min wait. That’s fine with me when I tried to order I was told ” let me see if I got some white meat” ” we don’t have any sides” ” do you still want to order? When I made it to the window the sign side close @10p. I waited and got old hard white meat. The dark meat was freshly cooked. The chicken was bland no taste what so ever. Moral of this story keep your money in your pocket, it just ain’t worth it

I really wish they had a -1 star rating! On Sunday August 6th 2023 at 10:30am. First off I don’t know if the young lady was a manager or worker, however she came to the door after we stood outside looking in for 20min she comes to the door with cellphone in hand,(talking to boyfriend/husband or significant other)unlocked the door and stated “we don’t got no chicken”! She was dressed in pajamas, shirt,and a night head bonnet! Like she has just rolled out of bed and came straight to work. SMH!!! SO the question was asked how long before chicken will be ready? She stated, ” I don’t know, I ain’t no cook, and the cook ain’t come yet”. So now I have a questions, Church’s Chicken Owners/Managers”Do you allow your workers to come to work with pajamas on, on the weekends? And why isn’t the staff cross-trained? Or why wasn’t the managers there to at least fill in for no call no show workers? This is not the first time this has happened on Plank at Hollywood store and I am almost positive it will not be the last time!

I went with friends after church to get some bourbon smoke house chicken. Needless to say, it was delicious . Perfect glaze on the skin and juicy and tasty chicken! Honey Biscuit and potatoes and gravy are always tasty. Great choice!

It’s unfortunate that you have to give thus location A STAR just to comment. I came by there twice. I came 10:12 am and 11:20. Both times no one responded to the drive thru or window. The same guy gave hand signals that they were not open. People in front of me the first time must have been given the same information because they drove off too. I’m hardly in the area. But, every time I have come by there I have NEVER been able to place an order. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Does the manager or owner read these reviews??? Probably NOT!!! My last time attempting to patronize this location. Someone should have put out a sign or greeted the patrons to let them know what was going on. Because no one did, this implies that THEY REALLY DON’T CARE!!!

Honestly I wish I couldn’t give a star at all! We’re sitting here waiting in line..the front door entrance was very much unlocked,my husband walked in they said to wait in line…now we’re in the line and the intercome isn’t working….they are under staffed I’m guessing working in these type of conditions….this is sad it’s only when I do decide to treat family it’s always something with these clowns

Some of the employees have a nasty attitude not respectful (teens). On they phones act bothered when you ask them a question. Inside is not clean. The inside of this place is nasty I guess this is every churches. You will definitely be waiting on drive thru for 30 mins. The only upside is the manager has a well control attitude during a rush.
