Apparently it’s normal for your Mexican pizza to “move around” when you get it. Sure that makes sense, but I’m sure the burrito and tacos all piled up on top of it didn’t help. Protip for anyone who bags something that be easily smashed, maybe not put it on the bottom of the bag. And maybe not say something like “Well that’s normal.” Good food though. Grilled cheese burritos are one of the best things Taco Bell has made in years

We stopped in yesterday to get food In between errands and when I tell you that I’ve never been to a more unprofessional Taco Bell than this one. The order was wrong, then they forgot items in our order, then they had constant excuses as to why everything was messed up. The manager had an attitude for no reason.

The store in Middletown Kentucky is a hit or miss you have good days where you can go in there and everybody’s on point and getting everything done and the food looks great. There’s days like today where I’m in drive-thru with only two cars in front of me there’s a 30 minute wait and I get to the window and my order is wrong so I wish we could just get some consistency I’ve lived in this area for 25 years and I love Taco Bell but we haven’t been going there for years cuz of the employees. You get a good manager and then he send him someplace else to clean up another mess and then this one is a mess again. So my suggestion is if you find a good manager keep them in the store that they’re at don’t make him a clean up manager will you send them everywhere to clean up the store because when they leave the store goes back to normal. I’ll give it a couple of months and then I’ll try it again thank you for listening to me

Ok so it’s not 5 star dining, but this is a reliable good 5 star Taco Bell when that’s what you want. In comparison to other Taco Bell restaurants, this one is good. They have never messed up my orders, and the food meets expectations. Employees are efficient and polite, but they are quiet. They aren’t rude, but they aren’t especially warm and friendly. Most importantly, workers seem to be engaged in what they do and not miserable. I would give a 4.5 if possible. The atmosphere is average for Taco Bell, nothing exciting or new. I don’t think I’ve ever been inside, so this might not be fair to them. The outside is always clean.

If you want cheese dip, don’t come here. Literally since I’ve been trying to order from this Taco Bell they can never get the cheese dip right. Several times I’ve ordered chips & cheese, and I’d say it seven 3-5 times, to just get chips. Tonight got 2 orders of chips and cheese, and the photo is what one of the containers contained. I don’t get why it’s so hard to get an order correct. Everything else has been fine with this location, besides the wait time, just don’t expect to get cheese dip.
