Drive thru workers need to be more enthusiastic about how they treat customers… Who wants to hear, “KFC” and that’s it . Sounded like she was very aggravated and sick of her job. Got to the window, her energy made you question going back. Looking suspect, praying they’re not doing anything to your food in the back. I must say, it was weird, food was hot and good though. They need to stress the importance of the whole customer experience with their employees.

Ordered $20 fill up and every piece of chicken was dry as sand and tough as nails, the biscuits tasted a day old, and my cold slaw was warm. I think this whole order was from a previous order that was sitting out. The only reason I rated 2 stars was because they replaced my order.

They intentionally try to give you the smallest pcs of chicken there not worth WhT your paying, and the sweet tea is made with nasty water doesn’t even taste good at all. But the smashed potatoes is good (that’s it)

It wasn’t very busy when we went, about 6:30. We didn’t have long to wait for the food, which we took home to eat. The staff was courteous and helpful and very friendly, and this was our first visit here. The taste of the extra crispy chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and the cole slaw was great and consistent with my memories! The corn wasn’t my favorite though.

Only got some of the food and then when I call to tell them they told me to bring it back and as we pulled up they locked the door to the lobby and it was not closing time they said they did that because they were under staffed and super rude. Told us to come thru the drive thru with a hand motion at this point. Will never go back
