Ordered a kids cone and a lg cone in a cup instead of a cone and I was charged the price of a sundae. Almost a dollar more just to have in a cup instead of a cone. Will not be returning to this location. The girl at the counter was terrible! Do not recommend this place at all!!

This place is the worst!!! Every time we go there we order a blizzard and every time the blizzard has almost no toppings in it. So I started ordering it with extra topping (which cost a dollar more) and it seems like when you order extra you get even less. Tonight we ordered a large with extra candy and it was straight vanilla ice cream. It’s like they go out of their way to rip you off. Spend your money elsewhere because this is the worst DQ I have ever been to.

Went into Dairy Queen, ordered dinner and ice cream for 4 people. While eating my blizzard when I found an eyelash in the blizzard. Let the cashier know, told me there was nothing they could do and proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to know if we put the eye lash in there ourself. Really dissapointed, wasn’t asking for free handouts, would just appreciate a blizzard without and eyelash in it. Handed her the blizzard back and we left. I don’t think you will be getting our business anytime soon.

I had a online order that was supposed to picked up at 937. I was at the door at 937. He then told me they close the door at 900. I said ok then ill go through the drive through. When we got up to the window they gave us our drinks, blizzards and dilly bars. We asked if we can have the hamburgers and fries. They sent us to wait in parking area where we sat for 15minutes.

Food was good but the lid on the mustard bottle was nasty. The lid had dried paper towel and dried mustard in it. The person who brought our food was informed but did nothing about it. The lid on the mustard bottle on the table next to us was nasty too but not as bad as the one on our table. This is the one in Central Point.
