It was Sunday night and they were not that busy. No wait. The rolls were overcooked/burnt. Took 3 times to get my steak right. The loaded sweet potato was not loaded. Out of croutons for salad and thousand island. My child sent back her Jr tenders and fries. Tasted it and Immediately sent it back. Over cooked. Next time I will choose somewhere else. The waitress was very apologetic but the manager did not seem concerned that we kept having issues.

I’m ONLY speaking of my experience on Monday, 8/28. The Back To School To Go meal pickup. The process was HORRIBLE!!! I’m sure I speak for a lot of people that was there waiting over an hour or so. My pickup time was 5pm. I got there 10 min to 5. I sat there an hour before getting my food. I was asked my name 3 different times. It was soooo unorganized. If you do not have staff to handle such massive orders as this, then just don’t do it. The lady parked beside me, her pickup was 4pm. She did not get her food until after 5pm. Do better please!

First time here. Even told the hostess. The Hostess walked us to the table w/bread and butter. She placed on table and butter flipped upside down on table. I looked away and she placed butter back in bread basket and slid clean plates over the mess of butter on table. Sneaky and not cool. Waiter was awesome and on point he is what made the dinner pleasant. Ribs I ordered had cold spots on them like the were reheated in the microwave. My son’s French fries came out and they looked like they were broken into pieces. I understand it was busy but yall could have done way better.
