The restaurantoit’s a pho place . And I am vietnamese . A BOW of pho for 13.00 guys this place it’s a rip off. And quality of pho not that great either. I asked the owner why it’s a bow of pho for 13bucks he’s said add meat balls additional 3 bucks more . I asking that’s a ripoff for a bow of pho . He say that’s what we do for 7 yrs now… If you guys read this . Please visit many pho place in richmond . One on hull street near by buffalo wings , and many on broad street and horsePen rd … vietnam one. Pho so 1 . Tay do . There is a combo large bow of pho is only 7.95. Not like here its only like 9.95 plus 3. Bucks more for a bow it’s 5 bucks different. .. but quality lot better at other pho restaurant I has listed . Good luck guys and hope they’re slow …
