Ordered three pizzas, including a buffalo chicken pizza. Buffalo chicken pizza comes with no buffalo sauce. I get it, things happen – call the store, ask for a new, sauce-bearing pizza, she apologizes and sends it. Pizza gets here and it’s hard not to see it as a deliberate “screw you.” It’s literally drenched in sauce, it seems underbaked (like they’d just shoved it in from the front instead of sending it all the way through), and it’s practically uncut. One of the worst pizzas I’ve had lately. The original was, ironically, much better aside from missing its defining ingredient.

I ordered online I asked for very light sauce. The order was on time I tipped the girl and in about 15 minutes we sat down to eat. The cheese was not melted. The inside was gooey, and there was so much sauce. We couldn’t even swallow it. We are light sauce people and I ordered it that way, it was unfortunate because it was not tasty. I had to call. I don’t like it when I have to do that, but the cheese wasn’t even melted as you can see.

Worst place. Seriously. I habe tried pickup and delivery and both I have consistently waited over 30 minutes past expected time. They apologize and say the manager will return call or give a credit, which never happens. Also half the time the order is incorrect. But for pizza delivery where literally the most important thing is to deliver ON TIME they consistently are over an HOUR wait. My order was supposed to be delivered 20 minutes ago, I have tried calling the store twice for eta, no answer, no way to leave a message. Terrible.

Ordered my family pizza on 6/27 at 6:19. The order was made and left the store at 6:49. About 40 minutes later I call the store to get an update on my food. Whoever I spoke with, was incredibly rude to me disregarding my late order to that’s what the delivery bags are for when I voiced my concern for cold food. 20 minutes later I get a call that my driver was in an accident and my food would be right there. Another 20 minutes later I call to cancel my order and get the same lady who was again, incredibly rude and non apologetic. Pathetic customer service! She should be fired.

I never write reviews but you need to know. Do not use the South Meadows store. Delivery time is consistently 1 1/2 – 2 hours and that’s if you ever get your pizza. Domino’s need to close this store and start over from scratch. The excuse “we cant find drivers” is no longer an excuse since other stores don’t have the same issue.

Man this pizza was soo greasy. I could of had a oil change on my car with all tha grease. What’s worse is that it was thin crust and it was so thick full of grease made me sick .now my stomach is hurting bad. So bad i had to goto the ER..

This store is awful! After giving them more than enough chances, I’m done. I ordered on the app for delivery and it said it would be about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes and no pizza, I checked the app to see if my pizza had even left yet. It showed that it was still being prepped. I continued to wait another hour because I understand being busy and I figured an hour and a half was plenty of time. Checked the app again and still showed my pizza was being prepped. So, I called the store and she immediately answers and says that they are doing take-out only. I asked her why the app let me order delivery then and she said “oh we do have one driver but he’s extremely backed up”. Ok, so is my order out for delivery? No! It was STILL being prepped!!! And she told me it’d be ANOTHER 90 minutes. Absolutely absurd and I’m totally done with this horribly ran store.
