I understand we probably came in on the tail of a breakfast rush, but the cashier had no personality didn’t smile didn’t say hello back to me she just stood there waiting for me to tell her my order, not even telling me my orders total , also both trash cans were over flowing, there was a water leak from the ceiling that was all over the floor. Now mind you our food was fresh & steaming hot very good.

The worker was pleasant. However all our food was cold. I wasn’t given a receipt and didn’t realize that until we got back to our residence. I’d love to have my food replaced and proper temps. I understand how hectic it can be in the season. More of a reason the food should be hot and fresh.

Our french fries were cold and my aunt’s burger was cold. Onion rings were over cooked and my mushroom Swiss burger was raw in the middle. The employees including the manager were eating other restaurants food in the dinning room. No one had a sense of urgency but they were nice. Some employees were working hard.

I don’t understand what has happened to this place.. I work locally and we eat here often. Like the past 4 or 5 times we’ve been there our food is dried out it’s not fresh. Buns is hard, what happened to the fries??? And no onion rings… Not sure if they cook this ahead of time and then dip it down in the deep fryer again, but i it has really gone down hill.. It might be time for the GM to get involved Not sure what has happened to this place Help Them!!

The most disgusting place I’ve ever been to In My Life we walked in and Every table was filthy .The napkin despinser was empty the floors had food and trash all over the place the trash was filled to the top water was all over the floor and mind you the resturant was empty! And we ate inside so i could take pictures and while we were there nobody came in to eat and not one employee tried to clean up at all they just stood in the kitchen talking i would not recommend anyone to step foot in this place. It is disgusting! I would like to post these pics and send them to the owner

Do yall still have fried chicken and sides? Everytime we come to topsail island we used to get the chicken since none of the Hardee’s in Raleigh have bone in fried chicken now. Yall need to bring back your fried chicken, the skats model can save your business and the Carl’s Jr model is hurting it.
