This place has really gone down hill! Ordered online and got burnt food! Who in their right mind would send out 2 orders of almost black coconut shrimp?! Called to let them know the dude got smart with an attitude. Didn’t need to deal with that. Won’t ever get my business again.

I cannot express how much I wish I could leave more than five stars!! I had not only the most delicious lunch but, best costumer service you can ask for! Everything was flawlessly made also Brian was so great to my little guy, he got to excitedly watch on the sidelines while our food was made and as you could see he was so very happy to be there! We will be back very soon!

Heard so many rave reports about their Cheesesteaks, so I picked one up for dinner. In a word, underwhelming. The roll was fresh, the meat was plentiful as was the cheese. However, their sauce is really off putting – reminded me of that off the shelf brand from the grocery store – Taler**co’s. Place was not orderly and the restroom needed cleaning. One of the displayed Safe-Serve certificates expired in May I won’t go again.

Got the Italian hoagie and the Chicken Parm sandwich. Both were fantastic! The hoagie was probably a little better than the Chicken Parm, but the Chicken Parm sandwich was better than the Chicken Parm family meal that we got last time. We also got tator tots and they were good fresh, but after they get cold, you need to work some magic!

First time visitor. I purchased the veal Parmigiano. The menu posted on the counter said the regular size sandwich was $8 and the extra large was $14. I ordered the sandwich with French fries and it totalled $15.65. I asked the cashier if that was the XL and she said no, it’s the regular. Then I thought did the French fries cost over $6 bucks. She said that menu posted had the old prices and stated what the increased prices were for the sandwichand fries. What a rip off. The French fries were delicious but the veal Parmigiano was disgusting. The veal was fried hard and had to thoroughly chew to swallow. I took a couple bites and tossed the remainder of sandwich in the garbage. I won’t be revisiting.

Monster Deli is definitely one of the better options for cheese steaks in the Valley area. You can trust me on this, I’m from Philly. The location is clean, quiet and low key, the food is great, service is fast and it’s right off highway 78!

Tied for favorite cheesteak anywhere! Maybe 1st place. Pizza is good too. Wings are good, recommend sweet chili sauce! Plan to try more and go back plenty. Decent prices, specials are amazing in value. Awesome staff, great people. Fast service and food.
