Get ready to spend an additional 40 minutes for your order. I walked in with 1 other customer in the store and the sheer incompetence and lack of effort of the staff was astonishing. This place needs to be under review from the franchise to completely revamp the management of this place. Literally any other option in the area would be a better choice. The one positive I get to say is that I get to warn other bystanders who are thinking about Wingstop to not come here.

Im never gonna order from here again I order online for a door dash delivery I order at 10 pm it’s was about 1145 when I received a message from door dash saying order is taking longer to make should be delivered by 1150 I decided to go to wing stop myself to see why my order was taking long the dinner room was packed with customer I asked an employee about my order they said that I was picked up already but another employee had the receipt in n his hand and had told me that they were waiting for the fries they gave me my order at midnight I order this at 10 pm 2 hours later that wing stop needs to get on the roll of things orders don’t take 2 hours to make the worst wing stop to order from don’t order from there r u will be waiting for 2 hours for ur food

Ordered a voodoo fry and the guy said oh we don’t have fries like that u want me to just put the buffalo sauce and ranch and I said umm yea (since I work at wings stop myself and I know how to make it) and he goes ok I can do that then charges me for two sides of buffalo sauce and two sides of cheese and I get my fries and it’s just fries and two cups on sauce and one cheese like next time I’ll just go make them myself

The woman(Tylesha) who took my order was extremely helpful and did everything with a smile. She made sure I understood what I ordered and even read it back to me multiple times. She make myself and those ordering with me laugh I will definitely be coming back again. The restaurant was clean which surprised me because it seemed to be a rush happening.
