So impressed with the fresh meats and taking temperatures of the vegetables. Our subs were very delicious. My fiancé has a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating. The gluten free bread is individually wrapped. Food was delicious and the staff was very kind. You could taste the freshness. We will definitely keep coming here for our meals.

Every single time I receive an order (Uber eats) I end up waiting 25+ minutes without even being acknowledged. I understand being busy, but to see someone standing there for that amount of time without speaking to them is terrible customer service. Today I waited 30 minutes and when I finally asked how much longer an order would be, they told me they were out of something the customer ordered. So let me stand there for that long and don’t resolve the issue. I won’t be accepting orders from this location anymore as it’s a waste of time.

Went above and beyond! I wanted my tuna wrap more like a tuna melt, and the one employee there(which I wish I would have caught his name) assured me, that he had a creative idea that he thought would work. Although it took a couple extra seconds, my tuna “melt” wrap turned out warm with melted gooey cheese. Definitely worth an extra tip! Great job guys!

Great Jersey Mike’s hidden in a grocery store shopping center. I initially thought this place was inside the Giant grocery store from the map but it’s in its own separate shop. Clean, airy, and friendly staff. Sandwiches were good. Highly recommend, particularly if you’re looking for a quick bite on the go.

$20 sub, and they gave us the wrong sandwich. We didnt realize until after we left, and seriously didnt feel like going back and getting it corrected. They werent crowded or anything. Disappointed. The sub was good. Quality ingredients. Like a step up from subway.

Ordered my typical cheese steak sub I always get with no onion or peppers… but they put them on anyways because the guy at the front didn’t write down my order. I got a free sub so whatever. Come in for my free sub, ask for lettuce and banana peppers but they don’t put the lettuce on. Once again, they messed up my order because the workers are Apparantly too lazy to write down orders anymore. Management needs to get their act together. Not to mention the one girl starts whispering in her other workers ear the second I walk in and order my free sub. So unprofessional, you guys need to spend more time training your staff.
