This place is disgusting and the customer service is horrible. I’ve filed a complaint and their response was “we’ll forward your complaint to the team. Here’s a free entree to use within the next 30 days. Unfortunately we won’t be refunding your $13.00”. This is not the first time I’ve made this complaint so they clearly do not care. It’s seriously disgusting in there and I would not trust the food at all. I will be sending these photos and the additional photos I took to the health department that’s how bad it was.

Usually I don’t the Chipotle experience, but Today Vash made me feel very welcomed! He was respectful, polite, communicated extremely well, made laugh a couple of times. To the crew working the 12:30 pm lunch time today – not only was my own experience seamlessly smooth and the food well prepared today, I had the pleasure of witnessing each employee owning each task they were doing and giving their full attention to each customer going through the line. This is hands down the worst chipotle o have ever been to. A total of 15 customers in line and one person making food and on register register, at the same time. The same person preparing food and taking money. But, there were about 7 employees in the restaurant. 3 of them were making online orders, one was stocking random items and one was cooking. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the guy make my food and then ring me up and have to change gloves every time to make the next persons food. And to top it all off, they were out of white rice. Like how? It took me 20 minutes in line. This location is a sheer and utter disrespect to the Chipotle brand.

It Chipotle. How many questions can you have? The doors are super heavy so be prepared for a pre-burrito challenge. Once in it’s cool, the worker talked to me about my nails (painted) and was super friendly.

Ugh chipotle…. Used to be so good & quick. This location had a line of 10+ people & had one person doing the entire line, including checking people out… waited in line for 20+ minutes. I will never be returning to this location. -10 stars.

Their hours are incorrect. Doors were locked, chairs were all stacked, equipment was being cleaned before the time listed as closing. You could tell they had been “closed” for business a while by that point.

Throughout 2022 this Chipotle location really struggled: hours were inconsistent, the store would randomly close, and hiring seemed to be an issue. This store has really stepped it up in 2023 and the staff is great. Stellar turnaround so far this year – the Pearl deserves a great Chipotle!
