Slowest of the Jimmy John’s stores that I have been to. Took about 10 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made (not an exaggeration). But I will say the sandwiches did not lack the JJ quality. We only had 1 order ahead of us, for 1 sandwich.

Jimmy John’s is the go to if we want sandwiches. Pretty fast and easy. My dad is funny. If they only had cheddar cheese. I think they do now. I had a cheddar something a few months back. Eat Jimmy John’s like 3 or 4 times a month.

I don’t know what kind of people that have been hired to work here but they don’t have a lick of common sense. I don’t know if it’s a lack of training or maybe they are new. But either way it shouldn’t take an hour to make two sandwiches especially when I placed a pick up order. Not only did I have to spend half my lunch hour waiting for my two sandwiches I ordered to be ready at 11:45-12 they gave my order to someone else and when I asked about it they said oh we will make your order and then made the wrong order that they gave to the other lady. So I had to wait for 30 minutes for two sandwiches that should’ve been ready by 12. After they made me the wrong order I just told them to refund me because I did not have the time to wait. And I believe they refunded me and still made me the sandwiches but I was done at that point. I will not be going to this location ever again. They Clearly need to better train the employees because not a single one has a clue what they are doing.

Absolutely gross! Placed my order as I was waiting and watching them make sandwiches I witnessed one employee sneeze- did not wash hands or Change gloves, two employees rub there nose with gloves hands and did not change gloves or wash hands or move away from the work station a couple employees drinking iced coffees while working. Very unsanitary work place/restaurant. Will not return.
