We just picked up an order. The taco came with only the two shells and lettuce. No meat, no cheese, no other toppings ordered. Just shell and lettuce. I can’t reach anyone at the store despite three attempts, the automated system never connects you to someone at this store. Absolutely frustrating on so many levels.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The first few times i tried this place it was good. However, I went again i found a whole FINGERNAIL in my food. I didnt eat it, nor did i go back for a while. I tried it again today. they got my order wrong i ordersd a chicken burrito bowl with extra sour cream, white rice and salsa. They gave me white rice, and chicken that was it. Do not go to this place unless you want to waste money.

My daughter is lactose intolerant so I came in to get a kids meal and swapped the cheese for some rice and was quickly met with an attitude. The manager “Quinton” said they couldn’t do this. He was very rude and I left. Never going to this location again. Why is it so difficult to accomodate a simple request?

Richmond’s newest location right outside of Regency Square Mall. Parking is limited. There’s outdoor seating. The location is small so don’t expect to plan a huge gathering. While the location is new and getting adjusted, they don’t have enough staff to assist customers. Workers basically move around like robots. No smiling at all.

So I tried Chipotle’s again after a year when the owner told me to contact them for any complaints. I made my complaint and as you can see from the pictures the place was a total sloop bag. They throw my food on the nasty counter, I told them to keep that nasty sloop bag food and walked out. Unbelievable again.

About a month ago, this location started dishing out weak portions of chicken. When I asked for more, I was told, on the last two visits, that I would need to pay like $3.50 extra for a second helping. So this place is no longer acceptable. The service never was friendly, but I put up with that to get a decent burrito bowl. I guess they no longer want my business.
