Probably won’t be back real soon. They weren’t busy but still took awhile to receive appetizer and eventually food. Temperature of appetizer was cool which was surprised because they are deep fried mozzarella sticks .

This place deserves ZERO stars! My mom and I went to have dinner there today and we waited 15 min after being seated and no one took our order. This is not the first time this happens. We have been here before and there service sucks! But today was absolutely ridiculous. I don’t want to think this was a racism situation but if it was I would not be surprised. All the servers were white and we are Mexican. That fact that every single server would walk by our table and not say a word to us like we didn’t exist is beyond upsetting.

Food was great, service was solid, and the atmosphere is, well, Applebee’s. Unfortunately had a 30 minute wait when there were tons of tables open, some of the employees seemed to be struggling and management weren’t all that supportive of the struggling employees. The food was wonderful and there were absolutely no complaints from the table! The waiter was wonderful but the tablet he was being forced to use seemed to be a bit frustrating and it ended up taking a minute for our order to be placed (not at all the employees fault) thank you for the great night!

Dont come here late they just dont care. Got there 10:05. Didn’t get food until 10:50. One wasn’t right and they argued that we just didnt know a double cheesseburger is smaller then a regular cheeseburger finally just traded it for a regular cheeseburger. Got that at 11:10 somehow missing everything except Burger and two pieces of cheese. By then we just wanted to finish and go. Got the check at 11:20. We are not going back here again.

Went here for dinner with my daughter who is coming home from college. Place wasn’t anywhere near full when we arrived, but there was no one up front to greet us for at least a couple of minutes. Waiter’s demeanor was whateverish, food came out cold, steak was over cooked when I asked for medium, and he only came to ask us if we needed anything when we were almost done with our meals. During our meal I asked for plates for our wings, host /server seemed annoyed by this request. Person that brought out our food, I asked him for steak sauce, he never came back or forgot to relay the message.
