We got here at about 1 PM and there was no line, and the employee working was really nice, friendly and helpful with explaining everything to us. it looked a little bit messy behind the counter so I was nervous about the food, but it ended up being delicious and fresh, and it looked a lot better when I had my bowl in front of me than it did behind the counter. Maybe they just need to clean the glass and the areas between the food containers?

I have been going to this location with workmates for many years. Today had a large bowl loaded and started to eat when I felt something crunchy but not in a normal sense. Pulled out two separate pieces during my meal that looked like the husk of rice or wheat or something. Took it up to the counter. They wouldn’t even look at it to determine where it may have come from. They offered me my money back which I took but I really don’t think I’ll ever go here again and that’s sad because it’s anywhere from 4 to 6 of us at a time. Should have done a little bit more. Always have guacamole with my meal and the top of that container was completely black. Not appetizing at all. Can you guys afford a lid or maybe a piece of plastic wrap to protect from blackening?

Will never order from qdoba again. The quality of everything is far less than chipotle. Steak had no flavor, rice is mushy, no extra of anything I asked for. Black beans were the main flavor of the bowl. Hot sauce tastes bad. It was truly gross.

Probably the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. I was happy to have a fresh new restaurant around when it opened but have had maybe 2 positive experiences at the store since opening day 2 years ago. Consistently out of ingredients (black beans and jalapeños last time I was in, fajita veggies often, different meats, etc.). Management is indifferent to the issues and I’ve even heard one sound quite upset that a customer had so many requests on his bowl. Team members look like scrubs and work with absolutely no sense of urgency. Very lax atmosphere which is leading to poor quality, service, and cleanliness.

this was the worst visit I’ve ever had here things were okay with my prior visits but today was the most disgusting I’ve ever seen this place. I honestly don’t know where they find these kids to work behind the counter because they are obviously as rude as whoever the manager is. Don’t go here anymore this place clearly has management that does not give a damn. Disgusting floors, disgusting drink station. Threw my angrily sized, poorly folded, flaky tortilla burrito out halfway.

Great food. Lots of choices. Very friendly staff. I always need plain rice from back sense I don’t like cilantro and they are nice about it. Update rude rude staff ….the staff is very rude My husband and I have gone there several times and have been totally disrespected we have taken our kids there and we have been treated poorly because the staff is an a bad mood their slamming containers they’re angry.
