Food was good, staff was pleasant. They are not good at keeping dining room tables clean as they don’t clean up after guests often enough. Coke machine was down as they were out of the Coke syrup. Poor inventory control in my opinion.

Was in a long line and when I was my turn they needed to change some of the deep pans that hold the food cause they were low and it took awhile for some reason, but thought that that’s understandable. Then it was ready and then instead of asking me what I’ll have the female ask the person behind me. It was her nd or just friend I don’t know. Then cause of their talking took longer then I think it should have. Then on a different visit it looked to me like less meat because the pan way at the very bottom and they didn’t wait for the next pan of meat. Plus the servers all have like an attitude they don’t like working there. I don’t think I’ll be going again.

I’ve always enjoyed chipotle… They were crazy busy today but did wonderful. They need to get a separate group to do online/Uber eats and a separate section of food. It would make the whole process go faster. Right now they’re taking the good experience away from people that want to step inside their establishment And the poor people waiting for the different online ordering companies. The food was good as always.

I’ve been ordering food from this location for the last year and I’ve never gotten into an argument over how I order my food and what I costs until today, a very unprofessional line attendant chose to argue with me in front of the whole store about what the previous manager told me to avoid costly orders. I don’t make the rules I just follow them and ask questions, and as a business owner myself I’d have handled this differently. I’d have gotten my manager instead of playing manager and arguing with me like it was a battle if wits.

the girl who made our food was amazing! greeted us right away, so friendly, and made our food so fast. She deserves a raise! I wanted to tip just her, but she was working so hard and didn’t disturb her. the guy taking money was the opposite, no personality at all, not a kind word from him. the place was super cold, so that ruined the atmosphere for me, but the food was good.

Veggie burritos are a full on scam. It’s beans and rice, these burritos shouldn’t be half the size of the others. This has been an ongoing issue at all Chipotle restaurants. This is what extra beans and extra rice gets you.
