Easily the worst pizza I’ve had, frozen or right out the oven. I ordered a round from here within the last year and thought it was completely average. This time around we attempted the square just to see if that was where this review hype train was. Welp, not only was it not it but it was awful. Sausage is clearly frozen and the taste tells you that. I had to eat the corners just due to the fact that there was only cheese on the what seemed to be perfectly cooked crust but that was floppy and not crisp in any way. She quote, “cannot eat it.” So a 30$ pizza had threes slices ate from it. Couldn’t even pretend to enjoy it. I am truly not sure what is going on, if these reviews on here are legit. But for any place with, “italian favorites,” and named Pizzeria you shouldn’t be using frozen ingredients nor serve what I purchased last night. Stomach has been messed up since eating it last night. Three stars because I hate to hurt a local business but honestly the pizza deserves a >1 star. Someone in the brass here has got to know what they’re serving is not it and they can do better. Absolute trash and that’s where it went. There is no way people come here for the pizza and if they do I’m terribly worried about the taste buds in their mouths. I imagine takeout and dining in is the same food…never again and I hope the upgrade because calling this a Pizzeria is an absolute disgrace.

Sad to say- we will no longer be going to Alex’s after how we were treated by the owners’ daughter tonight. It was surprising to be treated so rudely after years of loyalty. We can go somewhere closer and get pizza just as good for a lot less. We wish the mom and dad much luck.

Excellent service great experience as always! I chose to dine in, a great spontaneous day out with a friend. The lasagna was cheesy meaty and flavorful. I did not finish it all the portion was great. I had to stop halfway through to ensure I could enjoy the home made cannoli a favorite of many! I hear the cheesecake buried in cream and chocolate was delightful.

I work at a business that orders here occasionally. It has steadily declined. Tonight when I ordered I asked for baked chicken. I received fried. No biggie it happens. But my chicken still had feathers on it. I called and talked to management. He was very rude and told me he didn’t believe me. I told him he could come pick it up and to please give me my money back. He refused and basically blamed me and said if we order chicken from him then expect feathers on it because you get feathers when you order chicken from there. We will never order from them again.

Almost $50 worth of “food”, AND we gave the delivery guy a $10…this is what we got (pic is only 2 of 4 “Alex’s Deluxe” subs we ordered)…not happy at all. All bread, hardly any meat, cheese, etc.; not to mention, they were totally burnt & inedible…
