In store dining is always closed “due to staffing issues.” As a truck driver, it’s kind of hard to pull a tractor & trailer through the drive-through without causing catastrophic damage. It seems as if they don’t want to clean the lobby at the end of the day to me.. it’s the last time I walk from the truckstop next door and try and order food at 11:15 a.m. I will never go to this Arby’s again.

I bought one of the fish sandwiches tonight it was terrible. I had one last year, same location and couldnt wait to eat tonight but i was SO disappointed . Last year I thought they were the best fast food sandwiches ever. I wont go back.

I’ve been to this location several times, but this time it was horrible. I’m speaking mainly of the service. I understand that it was the day after Christmas, but many people have to work. They were rude, unfriendly, and didn’t ask if we needed anything else.

I was very disappointed in my Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich. And I have other issues before. This time I called to speak to the manager. Very apologetic. And I am now getting my sandwich refunded. She had offered a full refund but I did enjoy the fries and still drinking the coke. The food quality could do with improvement but the staff has always been friendly .

The floors and tables were nasty. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food and the music was up so loud I couldn’t talk to my kids. I dont think that cussing rap music is the kind of music you should be playing in a restaurant. The food was hot and good as always.
