I ordered a grit bowl with a few favorite ingredients and as I was eating it at home which was too far away to return I saw a hair and my husband didn’t know which address belong to the Waffle House he went to so we had to wait. I took a picture and saved it. I gave him the close up and far away version of the hair. Of course I didn’t finish my meal either. So today he went in and I had sent the picture to him and all they said was we are sorry and we believe you we don’t need to see the picture and we still paid for the meal.

If I could give higher than 5 star on food and service I absolutely would. Jo, Cass and Kathy were the ones working and their customer service was suburb! We live almost in Frostproof and would drive up to eat at this location based on the Customer service. Cass was our actual server which was EXCELLENT, but the teamwork these 3 have was better than any restaurant we have been to in a while. Thank you again for these 3 employees Customer service.

That was the worst waffle house I have ever been to in my entire life dirtiest. No service and it was filthy. Every table was dirty and there were only two people in the whole restaurant. We waited a long time, and Jen just decided to walk out.

Walked in to place a to-go order and was told by the man at the door (he was the only one that was nice) to go stand by the counter and someone will take your order, ok fine. I stand there for 15 min and white waitresses coming and going and not one spoke to me or greeted me to say i’ll be right with you or anything. Then the old white lady was bagging up someone else’s to go order right in front of me and still didn’t say anything until I walked away. Then tells me it will be a min before I get to you, after already waiting for 15 min I asked “how much longer” and she says when I finish bagging this order with an attitude. I turned and walked out and went to the right next door. This Waffle House is very racist and I don’t suggest going if aren’t white.

The old white lady that look like she was on meth, literally just put or silverware down then proceeded to take the white people order that came in behind us. She didn’t even ask us if we wanted anything to drink. And the only difference was that she was white and they were white and we not. I had to leave bf I started a scene bc I really never been so disrespected in my life. She better count her days.

I’ve been eating waffle House all my life and this is the worst waffle House I’ve ever walked into We stopped in around 2:30 which is in the middle of lunch and dinner and every table and countertop was dirty with dishes We had to wait for them to clean a table Then we waited about 10 to 15 minutes before anyone would come to us and they were only three customers in their So bad service and very dirty I would highly recommend going to find another waffle House
