Golden Prodigy
This is now the THIRD time I’ve come here for a sandwich, and there is something missing (which is supposed to come with it). I understand once or twice, but this is ridiculous. I used to work at Jimmy John’s and I know it’s not that hard to read a menu. Typically I don’t care that much, but considering it takes 15 minutes to drive back just to find out my order was incorrect is frustrating.

2nd time in less than a month, I have ordered for delivery to my work. 1st I waited for over an hour and then called the restaurant to check on my order, and it had not left yet. So I canceled lunch was over. Today I tried again ordered at 11:30, I figured plenty of time to get here before I take lunch at 12:30. I hadn’t received a notification saying it was out for delivery yet at 12:15. I look at my email and discovered that they canceled my order. No explanation, nothing. I can’t leave my workplace today, I have no other option for lunch. It’s too late to order from somewhere else. Needless to say, I will be deleting the app and will not be risking another no lunch day with this location.

Freaky fast delivery? Don’t think so, going on 55 mins now and nothing, has been showing out for delivery this entire time. Called and was told driver is making other deliveries. I’m guessing my food will be warm and not good since it 92 outside. From reading other reviews this is normal and I’ll get the typical reply to “please go here for your feedback”

I ordered the Jalapeños Ranch Chicken Wrap and I found it to be almost inedible. The wrap had so much sauce and/or mayo in it, the texture of the wrap was too “liquidity” when I bit into it! The flour tortilla was even soggy. The description of this wrap included CRISPY jalapeños which was definitely not the case. There was hardly any chicken in the wrap. I can say with 100% certainty that I will never order the Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Wrap again!!

Yes, this is for poor customer service at the register. I do not know her name due to no name tag. But she had black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing shorts. From the start she was really rude and seemed though she was mad at is for no reason. You could her the banging on the register screen for no reason…

“Freaky fast” isn’t always a good thing especially when there is literally nobody in the restaurant yet they manage to mess up all three of the sandwiches you ordered. Was it what I wanted? Nope. But it certainly was fast.

Just placed an order 2 hours before the closing time for this location, celebrating me and my hubbys 3rd Valentine’s Day together at home (I have had their food once while my hubby has never tried it before) which we were extremely excited about, for delivery because not everyone has a car, and after submitting the order I received a phone call from them saying that they don’t have a driver and he presented me with only two options, either I come and pick it up in person or to void the transaction altogether. Well guess I was forced into voiding my order and that’s not cool cuz I created a new account, was excited to have my dude try it for the first time so a really fun experience especially on Valentine’s Day, and now we are hungry and feel super let down. Guess Subway and doordash will get our business now. Thanks Jimmy John’s for a nice let down.
