First place we visited after we landed in Oahu. The beef noodle soup was very flavorful. The broth was well balanced, and the beef was so tender. Noodles were cooked perfectly. Grandpa’s rolling beef was crunchy and soft at the same time. Highly recommend both dishes.

Fantastic Taiwanese style ramen shop. You order through QR code and your food comes out insanely fast. Spicy actually means spicy and the food is flavorful even after several drinks. It’s unfortunate this location doesn’t serve alcohol but it’s well worth the trip. Hands down the best non-Hawaiian food I’ve had on the island and money better spent.

First time visited Fookie Taiwanese delicacy restaurant. There’s ample parking spaces, most specifically for handicap people. Good service , very accommodating, and very well-informed server. We’re party of four and ordered different entries so we can share and taste the varieties. Foods are good and appetizing. Reasonable priced .

I’m from Taiwan so I expected a very good Taiwanese flavor when I saw the beef noodle soup and foolish belly bowl. It was ok but didn’t hit the spot. The beef soup had huge portions of meat in it so that was a plus. But the flavor wasn’t as rich as I hoped it would be. Maybe they had to adapt to the local flavors.

Food was good. Cowwow beef noodles ($24), pork belly bowl ($17) and mango flavor smoothie (don’t remember the name) were very good. Pork belly bao ($13) were ok. Would have given it a 5-star if they weren’t that expensive.
