I have ordered catering this location probably once a month for a year and a half now. They used to be fine and now they are terrible. The order is always late and there’s no way for me to contact the store directly, it just sends me to an automated Chipotle message and from there will only let you speak to a catering rep not from the actual store. This time our order was missing one of the main proteins and there were no chips (perfect for the copious amounts of cheese dip, guacamole and salsa they did send). They never rectify the situation and don’t seem to care that I’ve spend thousands of dollars at this location.

This has to be the dirtiest location I’ve ever seen. Where do I start…I placed a mobile order, it was late and wrong. Both prep areas were filthy, food was all over the floor in plain site. Staffing was plentiful but they all stood around talking instead of cleaning. The food..just plain nasty – gummy rice, no flavor/salt/season, no meat in your entrees. Management attention is desperately needed. It wouldn’t be surprising if they failed inspection. If the public-facing areas of the restaurant are filthy, just image what the refrigeration looks like. Do better!

This store is filthy. Food and trash all on the floor and the counters also around the food that was being served. I ordered door dash and my food wasn’t ready so I had time to sit and observe the workers and the facility. I watched the girl making my food and she scratched her wig then dug her fingernail in her ear and adjusted her hat all with her gloves on then continued to prepare food. I was appalled so I asked her to change her gloves and she was pissed. Granted the place was packed and everyone was working hard. This is why I cook at home. This order was for my friend. The store itself if it was in any other neighborhood it would be on the news for a state inspection, but since it’s downtown in an affluent neighborhood I guess they get a pass right? I will never visit here again… Eat at your own risk.

Sadly I can’t leave a 0-star review, which is what I wanted to give. Just go to another Chipotle branch if you can and save yourself. I ordered through the mobile app and they basically gave me an incomplete dish; imagine having a burrito bowl with no salsa and sour cream (not to mention how little meat there was). Definitely not worth your time and money to go to this branch.

If I could give no star I would. I only came to this location on July 8th,2023 because it was convenient for me. Had I looked at the reviews I never would’ve came to this place. Let’s start with long lines, nasty store trash on floor, rude workers. They should’ve had signs up saying they had no chips and no white rice before people stands in a long line. Order my food to get checked out and they say we have no chips so why would you sell me a side of queso if you have no chips. The Manger didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I’ll never go to this location again.

Stopped by for lunch today. Waited in line 10 minutes. When I get up to order a burrito, lady says they don’t have any Burritos. What? There are about 5 menu items and you don’t have large tortillas? At least they could have posted a sign so I didn’t waste a 1/4 of my lunch hour waiting in line. Horrible. Won’t be back

I’ve ordered from this location on their app for delivery three times now. I should have just learned from the first time but each time has been a different problem. The first and second times was an incorrect order, rather than contact the customer that they cannot complete the order correctly because they are missing the ingredients, they don’t give it to you at all. They absolutely charge you for every thing you add on but don’t give it to you and make it impossible for you to receive a refund or file a proper complaint. I never thought proper customer service would be so hard now of days, especially when we have all been there.

Unfortunately, I’ll never come back to this Chipotle. I am a loyal Chipotle goer and my experience here was atrocious. My fiancé and I came here before a concert and when we got there the line was almost going out the door so we decided to place a mobile order and just wait for it. We waited for almost 20 minutes while the girl packing the to-go orders did practically nothing. We kept waiting and waiting for our food to be given to us, so long that by the time we got the food it was actually cold (not room temp… cold.) Not only that, the specifications we asked for were not met. I don’t understand how there are so many incompetent people working at one place.

Don’t waste your time placing a mobile order. The staff making those orders are just incompetent. My double chicken order was blatantly one scoop, even after I asked the staff if she could see the double order. If you absolutely have to go there, don’t order ahead so that you can see how they make your order.
