Gave 3 stars for convenience, I ordered the scallops hibachi, scallops were over cooked broccoli was raw and the Japanese noodles that they say they offer were simply spaghetti noodles and were also undercooked. Very disappointed in food. Service was mediocre. Will not go back, I’ll drive 30 min to mebane for great and authentic hibachi!

The food wasn’t even hot when we got it. The waitress was trying to take phone orders, get that ready plus she had her young dght, evidently she had to bring her to work with her. Poor child was bored and was bouncing off the walls. We’ve ate there before but never had food that wasn’t hot and it was only one other couple in the dining area. Really doubt we will return.

Do NOT go to this restaurant! Avoid! Very rude people who are disrespectful to their “former “ customers! This is second bad experience! Went to order and wanted to use restroom but DENIED service and ability to use restroom! Mr Nick Nyguyen needs to correct his staff and not deny services or public restroom for customers!

I ordered dinner last night at the one on N. Church St. in Burlington NC right before closing and the food was TERRIBLE. The mushrooms had a weird taste, the zucchini was hard, as if it was not cooked and it taste like they had cooked it with onions, which I don’t eat. I ate half the rice and a few pieces of the chicken. I did not eat the salad and the extra fried rice that I ordered. I took the food back during lunch today (because they were closed last night) and they would not replace some of the food or give me any of my money back because they told the manager that I had eaten half the food, which was a LIE!! This is bad business and I will never, ever visit that restaurant again. They will NOT try to take care of their customers and that is wrong!!

Food was excellent as always. However! We ordered a soup & salad with our meal. Got the food first then salad never got the soup. When she sat our plate down 3 shrimp fell off the plate onto the table. Oops was all she said. Never offered to replace the shrimp. She never checked on us and kept her back to us the whole time. We asked another waiter for some more tea and received it to go!! The cook was out front smoking when we arrived. ALWAYS a turn off! Especially since he had a 12″ knife strapped to his side.
