Be aware, there’s no sign posted, or a notification on google when you pull up Popeyes. However, they say they close at 11 on all platforms, but you must come an hour before closing to order or they will only wake you what they have and refuse to make anything else. I pulled up to talk to the manager as to why I can only order classic chicken and the 3 large sides that’s already prepared. I will be calling corporate to make them aware that a night shift manager made the executive decision to close the kitchen an hour before closing because with 10 people standing around in the kitchen laughing. On top of my husband placing an Uber eats pick up order for a chicken sandwich and only received classic chicken in the box. He did not order classic chicken. This location lacks professionalism, and makes the Popeyes brand look bad. Also the manager in the picture has the worst attitude and customer service. Please find better help.

Service is bad . Food is Oki. Dirty tables. Food order took forever. Two other order come first after I order first . Death flies everywhere on the windows. This was my first time at Popeyes and I was disappointed ☹️. I just read other bad reviews about the employees not caring about customers and I totally agree with them . Need Better Management. Probably not coming back here again.

After getting off of work, went to this location at 9:30pm on a Thursday, thinking easy night. The sign out front said closing time is 10:30pm. Upon making my order I was advised that there was only eight (8) pieces of chicken remaining, all spicy. I asked if they were dropping more and all of a sudden, their fryers are being worked on. This is not the first time a situation like this has occurred at this location, on top of rude staff whose answer to every thing is I don’t know.

I ordered my food through the drive through, I was the only customer there, they told me to park and wait. I waited 20 minutes for the food at the parking lot. I went inside to see what was going on with my food, why was it taking so long to be ready?! my food wasn’t even ready yet. What is going on with their customer service,?! I asked why wasn’t my food ready, i didn’t get an answer or an apology, nothing!!! Worst service ever!! It’s supposed to be a fast food restaurant. ♀️ ♀️

Visited the Popeyes on Montana in El Paso. They automatically upcharge you for a medium drink without asking what size you want. I got charged for extra gravy and even though I reemphasized it, I still didn’t get extra gravy. I asked for a 2 piece with 2 legs and they gave the regular pieces (my fault for not checking but I shouldn’t have to). They should listen. I didn’t get any plastic ware. Everytime I have visited this Popeyes. They have horrible service and don’t listen. Also, I ordered a 3 piece chicken wing and the wings were the size of Buffalo bites. It was ridiculous.

The Montana and Tierra Este location cuts off all the lights…sign, exterior, drive through menu and closes the dining room blinds at10pm. The drive thru person was extremely rude, letting me know my patronage was not appreciated as they were ready to go. I will not frequent this establishment again.
