Worst Taco bell in the Summerlin area. Always out of something, orders are always wrong or unapealing.. every time I go something is messed up. I threw away my whole order today. The chips and cheese tasted awful like chemicals, horrible horrible taste, something was really wrong with them. Potatoes are always hard and cold. Then they only had 2 flavors of freezes when the menu clearly says otherwise. Not helpful or sanitary. Wouldnt recommend.

Just witnessed a mother and toddler with a fully loaded diaper placed on the front counter of Taco Bell. The staff continued to serve food on the counter and didn’t sanitize it after the mother picked up the baby. The child also ran barefoot throughout the restaurant and the kitchen. A fine example of bad parenting also. GROSS!

I recently visited Taco Bell with my service animal, who is trained for tactile stimulation. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative due to the behavior of the manager/owner. Instead of accommodating me and my service animal, the manager humiliated me and kicked me out of the restaurant.

Taco shells are always broken. This time I went back in to show the manager. The manager was nice and apologized. She had them make new tacos but the employee broke them again. They must have some very angry employees here.
